Hello, my name is Nicole and I am an older. I decided to join just because I saw some interesting articles. I am also open to talking to people but I like reading articles and just enjoying the game and tech section. Anyway I am a game design student at a local community college. I am in Game 2 were we are actually making a video game called Dragon Spire. It is a 2D side scrolling shooter and we been working with Torque game builder. It seems we are doing the best job with it and really doing well with it. I am very thrilled by this and we even were exhibitors at the VGXPO located in Philadelphia and had a good amount of people interested.

Other then being a Video Game Design student, I am also into writing. I really want to be an author and get my work published. I really have not sit down and truly finish my work but one day I will. I really want to mature in my writing and bring my characters and story to an entirely fascinating level. I really want to be a Paranormal Romance writer or a Fantasy writer. Most of my stories involve fantasy and love. I also draw a lot and like to do my actual covers of my books. That would be cool to really establish a well rounded career.

I am a Vegan. Most people think that I am stupid for being one but I am one not because I am against eating meat, but because I am against the consumer market and how we treat animals. The human species lacks respect for the environment and for the animals that also live amongst us. We act as if we have every right to be disrespectful to the animals that give us so much. We need to understand that domesticated farm animals have just as much right to live a healthy, long life as we do. We don't NEED to consume so much meat that causes us to produce millions of domestic farm animals that are crowded, getting sick, dying in horrible conditions and lacking any respect from man. Not all farms are cruel but many factory slaughter houses and farm is the worst. People are just lacking any kind of care not just for these animals but even for their fellow man. It is getting bad and people NEED to start caring or one day someone may not care for them.
